Charlotte, NC – April 22, 2026 – Direct ChassisLink, Inc. (“DCLI”) has reached the halfway mark on its initiative to further enhance the quality, reliability, visibility, and operational efficiency of its 53-foot domestic chassis fleet. Today, we are pleased to announce that we have upfitted approx. 76,000 of our DCL53 chassis with GPS technology.

The integration of GPS units into DCL53 marks a transformative step forward in how we monitor and manage our equipment. This technology allows us to provide unprecedented operational visibility and data-driven benefits enabling customers to optimize asset utilization and streamline operations.

“With advantages such as upgraded asset tracking capabilities, improved driver and terminal efficiency, and enhanced billing and reconciliation accuracy, this project reflects our dedication to delivering exceptional value to our customers,” said Phil Wolfe, chief operating officer at DCLI. “Our continued focus on completing this initiative and equipping our entire DCL53 chassis fleet with GPS technology serves as a testament to our ongoing mission to lead the intermodal industry with innovative solutions and unparalleled fleet quality.”
