Social Responsibility is one of our Core Values and we take it seriously. Through our Chassis for Charity program, we support multiple ways in which employees can contribute both time and financial resources to charitable organizations that mean something to them. Team members can donate up to eight hours of their time per year to a 501c3 organization of their choosing and receive full pay for participating in that volunteer activity.
In addition to making room for employees to support charitable causes, we also organize company-wide food drives, clothing drives, toy drives, and other donation opportunities throughout the year that support local and national organizations like the Red Cross, Habitat 4 Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, and the Salvation Army. And we support our customers’ efforts as well. We actively participate in their charitable activities throughout the year in support of organizations like Operation Smile, the Greenwich Autism Alliance, Misericordia, and more.

Charlotte Pride
Charlotte Pride is the leader in LGBTQ visibility in Charlotte and the Carolinas. DCLI participates in its annual Pride Parade in August each year.
