New Domestic Customer Registration

To become a new customer for DCLI’s domestic chassis pool, you will need to complete the five steps outlined below. Note that all of these items must be completed before you are authorized to begin using DCLI chassis equipment.

  1. Fill out the DCLI business application and Certificate of Liability Insurance Requirements document.

    NOTE: Different types of chassis users have different insurance requirements.

  2. Review the pricing proposal

  3. Sign the Equipment User Agreement (EUA) that will be sent to you via DocuSign

  4. Sign the following additional forms: sales tax exemption certifications, customer profile, ACH form, bank letter

  5. Schedule your on-boarding presentation given to you by your account manager

You can expect the pre-onboarding process to take 2-5 weeks.
