Where is my invoice information for each chassis pool?
In the new system, invoice information is sent in a summary format via email. All daily use chassis charges are shown on the summary invoice instead of being broken out by chassis pool. Where do I see my invoice details?

The balance and status of my invoices don’t match on the summary and detail screens in the customer portal.
Invoices issued on or before October 31, 2024, and that are still open do not show move-level invoice balance details on the View screen since payments could not be applied at this level in our previous system. You can see the Remaining Balance and Invoice Status for these invoices from the main screen of the Invoices tab. Invoices issued November 1, 2024, or later with show Remaining Balance and Invoice Status at both the summary level on the main Invoices tab and at the move level on the View screen. Can I dispute multiple invoices at once?
Multiple move-level invoices can be disputed at once if they all share the same Dispute Reason. Select the checkbox in front of the rows you are disputing, then use the dropdown list at the top of the table to select the common Dispute Reason. Click the Apply button to populate that same Dispute Reason on each selected row. You can also dispute multiple invoices at once using the Mass Dispute Template. Will I receive notification about the status for each disputed move-level invoice?
You will receive an email notification once the dispute is closed. If you do not receive this email, contact our Customer Success team to be added to the notification system. You will not receive notifications while the dispute is in any pending status. However, you can check the status of pending disputes at any time by logging into the dcli.com customer portal. Where did the Make a Payment link go? How do I make a payment online?
In the new system, online payments are made directly from the dcli.com customer portal. To make an online payment, log into dcli.com and select the invoices that you wish to pay. For additional information about making an online payment, refer to our how-to guide.
Why was my online payment declined?
The online payment system is only able to process echeck payments for amounts less than $100,000. If you attempt to make an echeck payment over this amount, the payment will be rejected. To process your payment, you can instead send through multiple echeck payments below $100,000. Likewise, the online payment system is only able to process credit card payments for amounts less than $1 million. If you attempt to make a credit card payment over this amount, the payment will be rejected. If your payment failed at an amount below $100,000 for echecks or $1 million for credit cards, please contact our Accounts Receivable team with detailed information about what you’re seeing happen.
Can I pay my entire summary invoice? Or do I need to pay my invoice line item by line item?
You can choose to pay your invoice however you’d like – either by the whole summary amount or line item by line item. You can select which amounts you wish to pay when you’re logged into the dcli.com customer portal. For detailed instructions on how to make online payments, refer to our how-to guide.
Why will the payment system not accept my phone number when I am paying by echeck?
When paying by echeck, the phone number you enter must be 10 digits in length. When entering your phone number, please do not include a “1” before your area code. For detailed instructions on how to make online payments, refer to our how-to guide.
