The Latest on Hurricane Beryl

UPDATE Tuesday, July 9, 2024: 

Port Houston remains closed today. The facility will assess and repair damage this afternoon and a determination will be made by 4:00 PM whether there will be any further disruptions to operations for Wednesday. We encourage you to continue checking with your local sources for the latest developments.

Beryl strengthened again into a Category 1 hurricane overnight. Most of the Texas shoreline is under some kind of hurricane or storm warning and Beryl’s center is currently tracking northward throughout southeast Texas.
