My login is not working. How do I log into myDCLI?

I don’t have access to perform certain tasks in myDCLI (pay an invoice, submit a dispute). Who should I contact?

  • Please contact your company’s administrator for your myDCLI account. They will be able to assign functional access permissions to your login.

  • If you can’t reach your administrator or don’t know who that is, please contact our Customer Success team for assistance.
