To ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, please be sure the appropriate periodic inspection form, as provided by DCLI, is completed each time an Appendix G inspection is performed.

The updated version of the form includes a section for ABS assessment. If you need an updated form, please contact your regional DCLI M&R Manager or follow this link for a PDF version.

As a reminder, a copy of the inspection report shall be retained by the vendor for a period of 14 months from the date of the inspection and a copy must be provided to DCLI.
