(“DCLI”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://www.dcli.com the “Site”) and any services or applications made available by us on the Site or that otherwise link to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy informs you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we receive from users of the Site and Services. In this Privacy Policy, the words “you” and “your” refer to the individual accessing or using the Site and/or Services.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site or Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information. You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period.
Your request must:
provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Additionally, if you request specific pieces of your personal information or the deletion of certain personal information, you may be required to provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury and otherwise authenticate your identity.
Requests by Authorized Agents:
You are permitted to designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. Your authorized agent can use the methods described above to submit the request and will be required to provide proof of authorization.
