In accordance with Section 6 of the DCLI Interchange Agreement, DCLI is hereby providing notification to all West Coast motor carriers that effective immediately a repositioning fee will be assessed for any chassis picked up in the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles and terminated in the Port of Oakland. The repositioning fees will remain in effect until notified otherwise and would be in addition to any charges that an ocean carrier may assess related to the container.
All DCLI pool chassis that are picked up in a port on the West Coast must be returned to a current start/stop location within that port location.
